The building is 1.2 million square feet and houses 13 tenants, including Rock Holdings’ companies Bed Rock Real Estate Services, Title Source and One Reverse Mortgage and a Quicken Loans’ partner company Wedit. The historic building is located at 660 Woodward Avenue in Downtown Detroit, Michigan.
