Verified Approval

  • Assets and income have been verified with documentation.

RateShield™ Approval
  • Client’s loan is fully underwritten, and their rate is locked for up to 90 days while they shop for a home.
  • If rates go up, your client’s rate is protected, and if they go down, your client will get the lower rate.
