All good things should come in threes.

For the third consecutive year, Quicken Loans ranked highest in a J.D. Power study of client satisfaction among mortgage servicers. This is only our third year of eligibility for rankings in the study. In addition to ranking highest in the servicing category, we’ve also been given the highest ranking for client satisfaction in primary mortgage origination in the J.D. Power survey each of the last six years.

Quicken Loans Founder and Chairman Dan Gilbert said it really comes down to passionate client service.

  • New Customer Orientation

There are a few more stats from the J.D. Power survey that we’re proud of:

  • 96% of our clients said they didn’t have difficulty understanding the team member they last spoke with.
  • Quicken Loans was rated 26% higher than the industry average for “innovation.”
  • Our clients rated us 22% higher for being “customer-driven” than the industry average.
  • Our clients rated our team members 18% higher than the industry average for being “friendly.”
