  4. Quicken Loans Ranks Highest In Customer Satisfaction For Mortgage Origination 10 Consecutive Years, Says J.D. Power

Not very many things in life stay constant for a decade, but one thing that remains the same is our commitment to our clients. We live by the philosophy, “Every client. Every time. No exceptions. No excuses.”

Every year, J.D. Power conducts a survey of consumers to see how they feel about their mortgage origination process. We want to thank you for ranking Quicken Loans highest in customer satisfaction in Primary Mortgage Origination for  10 consecutive years. This goes along with six consecutive awards for the highest customer satisfaction in Mortgage Servicing.1

As great as awards are, we aren’t motivated by a trophy. Rather, we always want to provide the best possible client experience we can each and every day. To that end, we bettered our overall score by a total of four points and beat our nearest competition by 15.

There are four categories that make up overall satisfaction. We outranked the competition in each of them:

  • Loan options
  • Rates and fees
  • Loan closing and application/approval process
  • Communications

Having both the origination and servicing awards means that even after we close your loan, when we handle the servicing, you’re getting our highest level of customer service from the time you apply for your loan until you make your last payment, even if that’s 30 years down the line.   1. We just finished the closing for a refinance of our mortgage loan. The whole process was truly “Amazing”!! We were very impressed with Chad Kurgan who was the mortgage banker. His walk through with us was very thorough, helpful and easy to understand. He even called the morning of our closing to make sure everything was in order for us. Thank you for making this a smooth and seamless process.

  2. Not sure how they rank satisfaction? I am sure the data is filtered. Swore I would not use Rocket Mortgage again.

    No single point contact person, no personal lender person to deal with, can’t reach anyone when needed. right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.
    No Rocket in Mortgage. Learned my lesson.
    Use your local lender. Better service, a more personal experience, better rates. You want ot save time, money and reduce your stress, stay with a local lender.

    Rocket /Quicken does not care about the customer. No more for me. I am done. 3rd time is the last time.
