Here at Quicken Loans, we strive to give every client the best experience every time, with no exceptions and no excuses. We do this because we appreciate you and know that without your support and trust, we wouldn’t be where we are today. That’s why this year, we’re putting more emphasis on engaging with our clients whose loans are serviced by Quicken Loans. We want to surprise and delight you with actions above and beyond what you might expect from a mortgage lender.

What We’ve Done So Far

This past year, we randomly selected serviced clients to receive tickets to various events around the country, including an NCAA Final Four game, a Carrie Underwood concert, the Chevrolet Detroit Belle Isle Grand Prix, and a Cleveland Cavaliers playoff game, along with a lot of VIP treatments.

For our Grand Prix ticket giveaway, 30 clients interested in going to the event simply had to reply to an email to win, plus four guests received a staycation in Detroit, complete with Grand Prix tickets, a weekend stay and tour of downtown.

  1. I am about to close on a refi of my existing mortgage. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE involved at Quicken was very professional and remained totally focused to see to it that all went successfully.   2. I recently closed on a refinance a week ago. I was contacted by them while filling out an application for HARP! That was at the beginning of August. Steve was pleasant and friendly. He took down all of my information and answered any questions. From that day forward any information and progress of the the loan was posted in my in My QL. I then was called by my Care Specialist Devin who kept me upto date from then on. The whole process took less than a month. The closing was done in the comfort of my own home. It was a completely wonderful experience. Thank you to the whole Quicken team!

  3. We just refinanced our home with you. It was such a good experience. I called in early March 2016.we were approved and closed in early april! I have Never been treated so well. You always had staff available for progress updates or questions. We scanned most of the documents requested. I never had to leave the house until the closing. And we were able to pick a location for closing. Refinancing has been a real headache in the past,,,the banks would send our docs all over the country so we never knew who to contact. The time it took was usually several months. Again your loan process was much easier and easy to understand. I have already been recommending you! ,thanks again, Julia rich
