Quicken Loans, the nation’s second largest retail mortgage lender, ranked highest in client satisfaction for primary mortgage origination among all major home loan lenders for the seventh consecutive year in the J.D. Power 2016 study.

Earlier this year, J.D. Power also ranked Quicken Loans the highest in client satisfaction among home loan servicers for the third year in a row, marking the third straight year the company took the top client service ranking for both pieces of the mortgage process.

Quicken Loans scored highest overall in four of the key categories in which it was ranked:

  • Client Interaction
  • Loan Closing
  • Application/Approvals Process
  • Client Onboarding

  2. When chatting with Ashley, she spent more time working with other clients than with me. We chatted for 90 minutes and then she said too bad you have something on your report and you cannot have a loan. I requested what it was and how to remove it and suddenly I have the plague. The item she was talking about is more than 7 years old and every time I try to remove it, it renews for ten more years. I am putting down a huge down payment, Very disappointed in your service.
