  4. J.D. Power Survey Ranks Quicken Loans Highest in the Nation in Client Satisfaction for Mortgage Origination for 6th Consecutive Year

Quicken Loans, the second largest retail mortgage lender and largest FHA lender in the country, was ranked highest in client satisfaction for mortgage origination by J.D. Power for the sixth consecutive year.

Earlier this year, Quicken Loans was also ranked highest in client satisfaction for home loan servicing for the second consecutive year.

Quicken Loans scored highest in each of the five categories in which it was ranked:

  • Client Interaction
  • Loan Closing
  • Application/Approvals Process
  • Client Onboarding
  • Loan Offerings

Here are a few survey stats we’re pretty proud of:

  • 92% of the Quicken Loans clients who were surveyed said that team members “spent adequate time with the customers and asked questions to understand their loan needs.”
  • Our surveyed clients were 50% more likely than the industry average to consider returning to Quicken
    Loans for their next home purchase.
