Here at Quicken Loans, we love football. College football season finds our offices full of post-game talk, team apparel and friendly rivalries.
More than we love football, however, we love our clients. Our partnerships with 24 universities across the nation allowed us to gift 160 clients with two tickets to a home game in their area – just because.
For us, the best part of the experience was receiving a steady stream of game-time photos and stories from our clients following the games. James and Laura G. from Tuscaloosa, Ala., attended a game on October 28 and wrote to us afterward, saying, “We have never received such a generous, unexpected gift, and it was a wonderfully thoughtful gesture. The gift was just what we needed! To sit almost at [the] 20-yard line was something we would never forget.”
On-Field Suite Experience
We had so much fun giving away tickets to 160 games that we couldn’t resist doing something extra special for one game. So, on November 5, we treated a dozen of our clients and their guests to a private, on-field suite at the University of Southern California (USC) home game at the Los Angeles Coliseum.
Clients greeted USC Trojan players as they entered the stadium and then settled in for an awesome view of the game, just feet from the action. The premium field suite features a spectacular on-field experience, complete with catered food and drinks throughout the game.
Per USC tradition, Traveler the horse, USC’s mascot, galloped around the field after each touchdown, and he definitely got his exercise, as USC won 45-20.
For Our Clients
Two of our clients who attended, John and Karen, reminisced as they watched the game. The couple met while Karen was a freshman at USC, and their son recently graduated from the university. For them, the game was about recalling wonderful memories and creating a new one.
