As of December 19, 2017, MyQL is now referred to as Rocket Mortgage.
It’s our job to make your mortgage experience as simple as possible, which is why we’re always thinking of ways we can improve. With a few minor tweaks here and there based on your feedback, we’ve simplified how you use MyQL so you can get your mortgage easier and faster.
If you don’t have a MyQL account and you’re wondering what the heck that is, it’s the website our clients use as they go through the loan process.
One of the changes we’re excited for you to check out is the “To Do” page.
Here’s how it works: When we need a document or information from you, the request will appear in in the “Things We Need from You” section. Once you’ve submitted or responded with whatever it is that we need, the request will move to the “We’re Working on It” section while we review it. After we’ve verified that everything’s good to go, the request moves to the “Completed” section. With this new process, you’ll know exactly where you stand and what you need to do to continue the process.
We’ve also made it simpler for you to upload documents to help you provide what we need quickly and easily so nothing holds up the process. The new “All Documents” section includes all the documents you’ve uploaded or any that we’ve provided for you.
These documents will be stored here while we’re working on your loan so you’ll have easy access to them whenever you need them. This section also has the details on when your documents were processed.
If you have an account, head over to MyQL and check out the changes for yourself!

I don’t know what all this is on here.. I do know my husband called to inquire as to what rates would be.. I still haven’t seen any rates to determine if it would be in our best interest to proceed.. I however feel bombarded with paper work and emails from this company
Hi Virginia:
I’m sorry if you feel bombarded with email. I’m going to get your question on rates forwarded to our client relations team as well to look into your experience.
