In response to today’s ruling, the company issued the following statement:
Quicken Loans is pleased that the United States Supreme Court has ruled in our favor in a unanimous decision and affirmed the complete dismissal of the plaintiffs’ claims. Quicken Loans has won this case at every step and in every court – the U.S. District Court in New Orleans and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit – and now before the U.S. Supreme Court.
