In honor of the men and women who’ve served our country, Quicken Loans Racing is running our car with a very special paint scheme at the AdvoCare 500 on Veterans Day (Nov. 11, 2012).
What’s truly special about the paint job on the #39 Chevy Impala is that we’re featuring pictures of more than 300 of our clients (most of whom got the very awesome VA loan – I’ve had three VA loans in my lifetime) that have served in the military. It’s a small tribute and our way of saying thanks. As a veteran myself, I’m happy Quicken Loans is doing this and I think it’s a great way to honor our clients.
We’ve created a very cool time-lapse video of Stewart-Haas Racing installing the paint scheme on the #39 car. It’s very interesting to see how they do this. It’s a big old wrap. Not paint at all. Very interesting indeed.
