The market is fairly flat this morning ahead of the consumer confidence report and the five-year auction. The consumer confidence report is expected to show another decline for a third month in a row. Also, today kicks off the two-day Federal Reserve meeting.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 36.74 points (0.26%) while the Nasdaq decreased 12.81 points (-0.41%). Also, the S&P 500 rose 1.60 points (0.11%).
