We’re excited about the fantastic holiday shopping opportunities on Woodward Avenue in Detroit and we want to remind you of this year’s Holiday DLight: Made in Detroit.
It consists of a collection of stores on the 1200 block of Woodward Avenue between Grand River and Gratiot, which will be open every Thursday through Saturday 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. until December 22.
We have some more great news to share! Shopping has never been easier thanks to a TROLLEY SHUTTLE SERVICE to & from some popular Detroit buildings!
Every Thursday and Friday (through December 21) from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., a trolley shuttle will take you from the following buildings to Holiday DLight: Made in Detroit so you can shop among the twinkling lights.
Trolleys will run every 15-20 minutes at the following pick up points:
Renaissance Center: In front of the main entrance along Jefferson.

DTE Building: On Bagley in front of the fountain.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan: At the main door along Lafayette Street.
One Detroit Building & First National Building: On Congress St. across from the One Detroit Building, at the side entrance of the First National Building.
Drop-off Point: The drop-off point is on the East side of the 1200 block of Woodward, in between Gratiot and Grand River.
When you arrive, you’ll discover the following retailers:
o Moosejaw, the popular national outdoor retailer
o Somerset Collection’s CityLoft, an assortment of more than 40 stores from the upscale mall in Troy
o Detroit Shoppe, a market with Detroit themed merchandise, featuring original work from Detroit artists
o Spinergy, a fitness studio with stationary bikes
o Papa Joe’s Snack Rack, a mini-market with a sampling of healthy food products
o Santa’s Wonderland, a shop where children can buy and wrap inexpensive gifts for family members
