Treasuries fell for a third day as the government prepares to auction off $24 billion of 10-year notes today. The Treasury Department will auction $16 billion of 30-year bonds tomorrow.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average decreased 14.05 points (-0.10) while the Nasdaq increased 18.04 points (0.57). Also, the S&P 500 rose 3.93 points (0.26).
