Mortgage Rates Drop to Record Lows
by Eric Mally on February 2, 2012 in Mortgage Rates
It was sort of like mortgage rates felt bad for randomly increasing out there and decided to right the ship and head south again to hit record lows. Not “near record lows” or “close to record lows;” these are the lowest rates ever.
Mortgage Rates Increase, Still Unbelievably Low
by Eric Mally on January 26, 2012 in Mortgage Rates
It was bound to happen eventually, right? It was practically impossible to have mortgage rates set new record lows week after week, so I suppose today shouldn’t come as much of a shock to many.
Yet Again, Mortgage Rates Set Record Lows
by Eric Mally on January 19, 2012 in Mortgage Rates
I know I’m supposed to be a wordsmith here, but seriously, how many different ways can you say “mortgage rates set record-lows?” I can roll with “all-time lows,” or even “mortgage rates are the lowest they’ve ever been.” The fact of the matter is, I am just flat out running out of ideas over here, so if you have any, feel free to shoot me an email and help out.

by Eric Mally on December 22, 2011 in Mortgage Rates

by Eric Mally on December 15, 2011 in Economic Analysis, Mortgage Rates
When will the madness end?? Just when we thought mortgage rates were silly low, they plummet to an even sillier low. This is sheer insanity!
Mortgage Rates Plateau for Sixth Straight Week
by Eric Mally on December 8, 2011 in Mortgage Rates
When will these rates go up? When will these rates go down? It’s bound to happen eventually. There is a zero percent chance that mortgage rates can stay near record lows for too much longer.
