Mortgage rates keep going DOWN.
CNN Money has a great article on new home sales. The market has created very favorable conditions for home buyers, and we certainly see that in the number of July new home sales. According to the article, new homes sold at an annualized rate of 433,000 during the month which far exceeds the analysts’ forecasts of 390,000.
Home prices across the country slightly increased in June according to a report issued today. The S&P/Case-Shiller Home Price Index, which compiles price information from 20 major US cities, reported that home prices inched up 1.4% compared to the month earlier.
