Treasuries fell for the second day this week as Retail Sales numbers came in better than expected. After a rough start, the strong Treasury auction helped MBS and Treasury notes bounce back to unchanged levels by the end of the day.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 60.94 points (0.42) while the Nasdaq also jumped 13.66 points (0.42). Also, the S&P 500 rose 6.45 points (0.41).
