Turn on a news program today and you’ll hear something about someone occupying something somewhere. Occupy Wall Street. Occupy Boston. Occupy Detroit. Occupy Occupy.

Shortly thereafter, you will be inundated with signs about the 99 percent and the 1 percent. I found myself wondering aloud, “I wonder what percentage I am?” to which the cashier at the grocery store responded, “I’m sorry, sir. Credit or debit?”

LO AND BEHOLD, the Wall Street Journal has solved my conundrum and provided this handy-dandy “What Percent Are You?” calculator.

Finally I can get a good night’s sleep, secure in the fact that I am DEFINITELY not in the 1 percent.
