A couple of reports released yesterday showed that the level of treasuries held by dealers dropped, which caused a demand for treasuries. Higher demand means the price goes up.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average decreased 9.52 points (-0.07) while the Nasdaq increased 1.78 points (0.06). Also, the S&P 500 rose 1.05 points (0.07).
