Third Time’s the Charm for J.D. Power and Associates and Quicken Loans – Highest in Customer Satisfaction, Three Years in a Row!

Well, actually, the first and second times were the charm, also. Each time has been very, very charming.

You voted us tops again in the J.D. Power and Associates primary mortgage origination survey. For that, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Quicken Loans has just been ranked “Highest in Customer Satisfaction for Primary Mortgage Origination” in the U.S. for the third year in a row. This is huge for us for a number of reasons. First and foremost, no other mortgage company has EVER been ranked highest three years in a row. It’s such a tremendous honor that we’re almost in shock over here. I mean, we’re the first in U.S. mortgage history to do this. And it’s all because our clients voted for us. Like I said, it’s an honor.

Why have we won three years in a row? Good question.

Maybe it’s because we truly care about our clients and want to guide them to the best mortgage decision with certainty. In fact, we have a saying around here (we call it one of our ISMs), “Every client, every time, no exceptions, no excuses.” Yeah, maybe that’s a big part of it.

Maybe it’s because we close the majority of our loans in 30 days or less, even though we’ve grown exponentially this year.

Maybe it’s because we set realistic expectations up front so there are never any hidden fees or surprises. Maybe our clients appreciate that.

Maybe it’s because we have competitive rates and fees that can save you money. Do you like saving money?

Maybe it’s because we provide proactive updates on the progress of our clients’ mortgages, so they don’t have to worry about checking on things.

Maybe it’s because our online tools and mobile apps make the mortgage process so easy our clients say they were amazed.

Maybe it’s because we offer individual attention and immediate access to real people who answer questions quickly and factually. Maybe our clients actually like the fact that a person answers the phone when they call.

Maybe it’s because we provide a checklist of documents you’ll need when you get a mortgage with us, and we explain all the steps of the process, from the beginning to the closing. Maybe.

Who knows? Maybe it’s all of these things.

I just know that our clients ranked us highest in customer satisfaction, and that’s a pretty cool thing to know.
