A benefit of being employed by the #1 place to work in Michigan is the comradery among team members. Although Quicken Loans has various teams, we all work together to reach the same goals. It’s also true for my after-work basketball team. While we all contribute to the team in different capacities, we’re all working toward the same goal of winning – which we did by 24 points!
If you already have a loan with Quicken Loans, then you know that our websites are pretty awesome, if we do say so ourselves. However, we know that we can always improve our web properties and that’s exactly what we are doing with MyQL Servicing.
The MyQL Servicing website is where you go to pay on your loan after you’ve closed and finished the origination process. You can also check out your loan details, payment history, enroll in paperless statements and much more!
So, what’s changed you ask? We’ve entirely redesigned it from the ground up so that it’s a seamless transition from the MyQL Origination website. Check out the home page:
I told you it was awesome! You didn’t believe me, did you? As you can see, we’ve updated the entire color palette (grey and tan was cool…never) and put the information that’s most important to you front and center. If you don’t have time to dig into the website, you can get the information you need with a quick visit to the home page!
If we still haven’t convinced you, check out the new “Payment Center,” which is where you will go to get all of the detailed information regarding your next payment and, of course, make your payment.
Finally, we’ve built the entire website with responsive design in mind. That means if you view the website on your smart phone or tablet, it will auto-adapt to your screen-size for maximum efficiency and ease-of-use.
So there you have it – the brand new MyQL Servicing website! We are very excited to get this out the door and into your hands. We have a ton of cool new features coming down the pipe in the next few months as well, which will further enhance your online experience with Quicken Loans. Let us know what you think in the comments!
