They’ve been around for a few years now. The doom and gloom reports about home prices being DOWN. WAY DOWN. This has homeowners worried. But should they be?

Certainly some areas of the country (Detroit, where I live, for example) are still significantly down from highs several years ago. But that’s not a universal truth across the country. Some areas are actually up, believe it or not.

Believe it. It’s true.

That’s why we created our Housing Market Infographic – showing the top winners and losers in the housing market pricing game. We show the top five areas of the country where home prices have fallen. But also the top five areas of the country where home prices have actually gone up.
