Cannot get past amount of mortgage. Keeps saying lines are busy and try again in a few minutes. Have tried different times and still can’t get through.

I just got home from work a little bit ago, and opened up my email to notify me that I was a potential winner and had to respond by 5pm, then email had been sent to me apparently around 1pm today. I work in healthcare during the day. I feel sick, it says I forfeited it by not responding. You have no idea how much I could use this check right now.

    Sincerely,

    Michelle
