While you’re anxiously waiting to kick off the festivities, here’s a quick rundown of tonight’s show!
We’ll play some of your favorite interviews from 2012. Over the past year, Paul W. Smith and Stephen Luigi Piazza have interviewed a mind-blowing 185 guests – business leaders, community advocates, and everyday people who are enthusiastic and passionate about Detroit. The second season of Destination 313 will end with a bang as we bring back some of your favorites, including our guests from Green Dot Stables, Good People Popcorn, Detroit Kid City, and many more. From new restaurants and stores to corporate businesses and non-profits, we have a lot of good people in the Motor City, and we’re excited they’ve picked Detroit as their hometown. Tune in tonight for a walk down memory lane.
A few other guests will wish you a Happy New Year. Quicken Loans is undoubtedly devoted to Detroit. That’s why Dan Gilbert, our founder and chairman, as well as CEO Bill Emerson, will be on the show to send good wishes and chat with our hosts about the record-breaking year at Quicken Loans. But here’s the best part: our President and Chief Marketing Officer, Jay Farner, will be making a big announcement on the show. We can’t spill the beans yet, so tune in for the big news.
Well folks, it’s been a great year. Whether you’re celebrating in Detroit or heading out of town, stay safe and best wishes for the new year!
Don’t forget to tune in this Monday evening, December 31, at 9:00 p.m. ET for all that and more!
