I’m not ashamed to admit that my wife is a better driver than I am. If we need to be somewhere in a “jiffy”, I’d rather have her behind the wheel than just about anyone else.
It seems lady drivers are the talk to the town today.
Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR) is making news today, announcing Danica Patrick will make her debut in the Sprint Cup series season-opening Daytona 500. Patrick and her No. 10 car bring 6 years of racing experience and tenacity to win to a team already featuring Ryan Newman and Tony Stewart.
You might remember Quicken Loans and SHR making some pretty big news earlier this week. Quicken Loans will be the primary sponsor of SHR’s No. 39 team and driver Ryan Newman for nine races in 2012, and when not serving as a primary sponsor, will be an associate sponsor. Also, Quicken Loans will be an associate sponsor on the No. 14 Office Depot/Mobil 1 Chevrolet Impala of Stewart throughout the 2012 Sprint Cup season.
