Investors may be looking for a safe haven in the bond market today. The Cypriot parliament begins to evaluate different bailout proposals this morning after their Financial Minister returned from Moscow, failing to get financial support from Russia. The European Central Bank reaffirmed yesterday they will supply emergency funds if necessary for the small nation.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 81.57 points (0.57) while the Nasdaq also went up 14.84 points (0.46). Also, the S&P 500 rose 9.30 points (0.60).
