The bond markets are opening somewhat higher this morning ahead of tomorrow’s release of the minutes of the Federal Reserve’s latest policy meeting. The market is looking for more detail on the timing of a withdrawal of stimulus.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average increased 48.27 points (0.35) while the Nasdaq went up 11.79 points (0.37). Also, the S&P 500 rose 6.36 points (0.42).
