Then I remembered that my talented team mate, Victoria Araj, wrote an incredible article about the meaning of Memorial Day. I am reposting her article here for you in honor of the Memorial Day holiday, and I hope that you can take some time to reflect on those service men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
You can feel it – that familiar crispness outside. The leaves are starting to turn shades of auburn, orange and brown. The sounds of children fill the air as school buses roll down the roads. It’s fall – which means it’s time for school to start for not only the United States, but also for many countries around the world.
