Mortgage rates on 15 year fixed mortgages dropped to their lowest levels since they started being recorded in 1991.

Like I said, holy mackeral.

    My problem is BB@T, Just refuse to help reduce and 8% mortage.
    Plus they know the it very hard to make the house payment.
    I would appreciate some help,with this problem.
